Terms and Conditions for FLUXCAP SOFTWARE
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all FLUXCAP SOFTWARE platforms including Velocred, Easycred, Astrocred, and our enterprise SaaS solutions. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using any FLUXCAP SOFTWARE platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FLUXCAP SOFTWARE Private Limited. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our platforms immediately.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Refers to FLUXCAP SOFTWARE Private Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns.
Collectively refers to Velocred, Easycred, Astrocred, SaaS solutions, and all associated websites, mobile applications, and services.
Refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Platforms.
Includes text, images, software, code, designs, and all other materials available on our Platforms.
Refers to all products, features, and functionalities offered through our Platforms.
Your registered user account on any FLUXCAP SOFTWARE platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using our Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platforms
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- If using on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization
- Additional terms may apply to specific Services
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain Services, you must create an Account:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information
- Use a strong password and keep it confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Complete KYC verification for financial Services
You are responsible for:
- All activities under your Account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Any loss or damage resulting from failure to secure your Account
- Immediately notifying us of security breaches
Warning: You may not create multiple Accounts, transfer your Account to others, or use another user's Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our Platforms and Services are owned by or licensed to FLUXCAP SOFTWARE:
Our Rights: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platforms, including all software, code, designs, trademarks, logos, and content.
Your Rights: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Platforms for their intended purposes.
Restrictions on use:
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease our Platforms
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- All trademarks and logos must remain unaltered
- You retain rights to content you create, but grant us license to use it for service provision
6. Financial Services Terms
- Credit decisions are at our sole discretion based on risk assessment
- Interest rates and fees are disclosed during application
- Late payments incur additional charges as per RBI guidelines
- Default may result in credit bureau reporting and legal action
- Simplified lending with transparent fee structure
- Credit limits determined by eligibility criteria
- Repayment schedules must be strictly followed
- Prepayment options available with applicable charges
- Astrological insights are for informational purposes only
- Credit decisions are based on financial assessment, not astrology
- Astrological data is processed with explicit consent
- Astrological guidance does not guarantee credit approval
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- Services provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for third-party services or content
- Financial advice provided is general and not personalized
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for force majeure events
- You indemnify us against claims from third parties
8. Termination and Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Platforms:
- For violation of these Terms
- For illegal or fraudulent activities
- For non-payment of fees (where applicable)
- For security or legal compliance reasons
- At our discretion with 30 days notice
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platforms immediately ceases
- Outstanding payments become immediately due
- We may retain data as required by law
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and disputes survive termination
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved as follows:
Primary Resolution: Attempt amicable resolution through our customer support team within 30 days.
Mediation: If unresolved, parties agree to mediate through a mutually agreed mediator.
Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Patna, Bihar under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Court Jurisdiction: Courts in Patna, Bihar will have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time:
- Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance
- Notification through email or platform announcements
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
- Updated Terms will be effective from the date specified
Important: It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our Platforms after changes constitutes acceptance.
